Running lean after battery change.

Hey guys. Recently my tpi has started running rough at idle and around 1200 rpm. It happens during a battery change. If I remove the ground and reset the computer sometimes it runs perfect for ever. Until I accidentally leave a light or something on and the battery drains and I recharge it and put it back on. And it requires me to mess with it some more. Is this a computer issue? I replaced all known vacuum leaks

The ecm has some learning /correction it will do. Disconnecting the battery erases sam @"stay alive memory ".

Re: Running lean after battery change.

How do you know its running lean? Like mentioned above, the ECM will lose its saved memory once the battery is removed or disconnected but the car should have no problem starting backup and running fine.
