For 2 years I have searched, and for 2 years I have failed to find a garage or person who can service my car completely.

I get work done and it always leads back to the Chip/ECM that i cannot find someone in my area that programs and tunes.

For the love of all that is holy, is there anyone in the Lehigh Valley / PA area maybe an hour or less away that can possibly service my car and get it running properly again INCLUDING reprogramming / tuning the chip when/if necessary?

My final option is replacing the whole system with a Holley setup and being done with it, but have been trying to save a couple bucks, instead I just keep throwing money out the window. (by my final option, I mean, paying someone to do it)

You might try finding some places in your area that specialize in Corvettes, etc. There should be some tuners there or that they know of who can tune the car. The Vette ran similar fuel injection for many years.

Look up JS performance in Bristol(?) Pa. He's in the area. He used to run an 11 second tpi firebird back in the day. I had talked to him a few years back about tuning my car. He said he still had the stuff to tune these cars. I just never got around to taking my car to him. Injectors plus in Jersey I think also still does tuning, but he hasn't been on here for a long time. He has a Facebook page but didn't see much car stuff on it. One more local(but not cheap) option, is second Street speed in perkasie. They tune Haltech systems. Haltech has an ecm that plugs into the factory harness with only a one wire modification. Bill there quoted me $1100 for the ecm with him loading a base tune in it. I was gonna go that route till i moved out of the area.
