What is bolted here? If anything.
This is at the front of the manifold, passenger side. The harness on my truck requires 2 good grounds on the manifold and think this might be one. I looked at my camaro and the bottom one is an accessory bracket mount, but the top is open. If it truly is open for use, I'll take it.

There is nothing bolted to either of those on my 86 (with 88+ serpentine swap).
