How to remove fuel rail?

So, I tried to remove my fuel rail to replace my injectors. But when I tried to unscrew the fuel lines, they wouldn't come out without having to remove the alternator, ect. However, I saw somewhere that there are fuel line disconnects somewhere that should make it easier, so I bought a set of tools for that. Where would these connections be on the fuel rail?

There is only one disconnect. You will have to remove the alt. Which is super easy.
