Ninth injector leaking

Transmission: Automatic
Ninth injector leaking
Remove fuel rail last week and have put the car back together and the ninth injector inlet fitting on fuel rail is pouring out fuel. What did I do wrong?

Transmission: 700R4 3000 stall.
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt Torsen 3.70

You didn't buy the 9th injector block off kit and $6E chip to get rid of that POS.

Thank you for your information, and I have the SK24 kit coming in the morning from a local parts store. The o ring fell off without me knowing it.
