Car is a 1985 Trans am with the 5.0 TPI, i have the original battery cable as shown in the picture with two ends cut, im assuming these go to the starter. i have another cable i guess from a newer TPI car, any particular reason it would look so different? and can anyone point me in the direction of wiring routing and possibly 1985 TPI wiring diagrams, i have 2 chiltons and a haynes book and have looked over the internet and can only seem to find 1986 diagrams, was the wiring the same? as i have a few wires and plugs that are not on the engine or body diagrams and am a bit confused.
