Quick ID needed (Fuel lIne)

These are the TPI supply and return lines, you all know where they go. But can someone tell me the type of connection or thread of these? I know the supply is 3/8 and I though that connection was a 6-AN but it's not. Is it an NPT or something else?

Thanks....

Re: Quick ID needed (Fuel lIne)

They are Saginaw fittings. The mating tube has a flat flange on it with an o-ring seal. There are adapters available for both ends and sizes to go to a male -6 AN.,

Metric, IIRC, the feed line is 16mm and the return is 14 mm.

Re: Quick ID needed (Fuel lIne)

Thanks....since I have your ear maybe you can suggest something.

What I want to do is put a check valve in the supply line to see if the fuel is back flowing through the supply line causing hard cold starts. I got a male to female 6-AN check valve but obviously that is not going to work without a bunch of adapters. Hoping for a clean and easy solution without cutting the hose and putting in a valve with clamps.
