1991 Formula 305 TPI Won't start
I have a 1991 Firebird Formula with a Tuneport 305. Put a new fuel pump and a VATS bypass to it. However it won't start. Fuel Pump doesn't come on and starter doesn't engage. The dash lights do come on. . Any ideas? Below is a video of the last time we tried to jump it off.

Do you have power to the starter enable relay ?
how did you bypass the vats ?
