Won't start. I have 40psi. at the fuel rail but a constant 12v at injectors. They do not pulse. I have tried a new computer, and that did not help. If I shoot starting fluid in, it will start for a few seconds.

 

well how did you test for the 12 volts at the injectors because i am pretty sure that they are supposed to have a 12v constant and the computer grounds each injector in turn to open them or removes the ground to open them dont quiet remember how but i am sure there is supposed to be a 12v constant at the injectors

 

I unpluged from the injector and from both pins to ground and got 12v with key on.
