If you're talking about the solenoid on top of the canister, I'm pretty sure its built in with the canister and cant be separated. But the GM trucks use a similar solenoid with the same connector that is separate from the canister. You could just adapt to that one.

No, not at the canister. This is the rubber block st the passenger side back corner of tpi intake manifold base.

It has been discontinued. You will need to source a used one.
