Tpi runner

Will a bolt out of my runner make it miss at idle.its the bolt at the back runner where it bolts to manifold

Not likely, if it were leaking you would might see a lean condition, maybe a higher than normal idle speed. Not saying impossible but not likely.

While idling, spray the mating surface with a shot of brake cleaner or similar and listen for the idle to jump up. If so, you have a decent leak.
