I think this article explains it best.

I don’t know the port entrance size on a hsr. you might not gain a thing even at wot.

yeah as phenomenally as the car is running now, I can't imagine getting any benefit out of a bigger TB.... certainly not anything worth 150 bucks.

Re: Summit racing tpi throttlebodys cheap
If those are in fact bbk throttle bodies I would worn others not to buy them due to my experience with them.
Back when I had the original 305TPI in my car, my original throttle bodies shaft bushings were worn out causing a vacuum leak by the return spring, I bought a BBK throttlebody and it fixed the vacuum leak and my car never ran better. then 6 months later the same issue came back and when I did a vacuum smoke test, the BBK throttlebody was leaking. I then purchased an original low miled throttle body off of here and the problem went away until I pulled the engine out. I remember paying around $240 for the BBK throttlebody brand new so that is a good deal but still a risk.
Edit: surprising to see "Made in the USA" on the picture, I remember my BBK throttlebody being made in China and me referring to it as cheap Chinese junk. Maybe these are different/better
