port your plenum a bit and cut some holes in your air intake canister. That's a start. We're not talkin huge gain here, but remember you said NO money

 

bump up your timing a bit, use premium gas(not free but not really expensive) take off you cat. converter (if you can). thats all that I can think of that is free.

 

cat? screw that, take off the hole exhaust. You said free not legal.

 

Throttle body coolent bypass, simply bypass the coolent flow throught hte Tb steight to the manifold., other than tht I would say go get a 12 guage and simlpy blow ou the tires on any ricers you may race, or if you want free just kill soone who has a 426 HEMI engine and use that lol
