High idle 91 GTA

High idle 91 GTA
my 91 GTA 5.0 Tpi and she idles really really high.. at almost and sometimes over 1000 Rpm, the temperature hand is always on cold.. thoughts? .. cooling sensor was changed... should i change the sender?

I'd try cleaning the one you have first. While you ere at it check the condition of the connector as well.
I'm currently having the same issue. Mine idles around 1500. I've checked all the vacuum lines and even took apart, cleaned, and reassembled the TPI intake. It's better now but not where it should be. ..
