Vortec tpi setup

What’s up guys,
I was wondering if anyone could give me a few answers on how I should be setting up my sd tpi baseplate cooling system. So many odds and ends to get this thing running but I’ve also never owned or worked on a tpi setup before so I’m a little stuck, also my heater core being bad and me wanting to bypass it to get this thing running ( I will install at a later date). Which ports should I be using and what ports should I be plugging? Also I don’t have the bracket hardware and have Been getting grade 8 bolts to use but should I be worried about the bracket bracing? Any information is greatly appreciated thanks.
