Fuel Rail Mounted Gauge Ideas

When I purchased my car 8 years ago it came with a summit racing brand gauge mounted on the fuel rail but after Googling the part number, Summit Racing no longer sells this gauge. Recently, the gauge died. Doing some research, I know there was an old Accel Gauge people used but Accel doesn't seem to sell it any more. I found another old thread that someone made a gauge out of using a JEGs gauge which is great a few of the part numbers are different parts now. Does anyone know what I need to use a Jegs gauge to have a permanent fuel rail mounted gauge.

Would something like this work:

This attached to the fuel rail

This piece in the middle attached to the connector and gauge
https://www.jegs.com/i/Dorman-Produc...120.1/10002/-1

Then attached to this gauge

That's what I figured. I've ordered a lot of Jegs stuff through their Amazon store recently.

Re: Fuel Rail Mounted Gauge Ideas

In my opinion, rail mounted gauges dont last. The vibration kills them. I took a spare Auto meter gauge and mounted mine on the passenger side of the engine compartment. I ran a braided line between the gauge and the test port.

Re: Fuel Rail Mounted Gauge Ideas

I highly suggest not using those gauges guys They don't last and I have even seen a few of them leak.
