tpi fuel line routing
my car came with tbi. im replacing that engine with a used first TPI unit. im thinking the fuel lines will come from the factory lines in the front to the pressure regulator that im going to mount on the passenger side of the TPI manifold near the runners. from the regulator i want to run the pressure line to the rear of the driver side fuel rail where the 9th injector would have been. from there the fuel will split between the two sides via the rear cross over hitting all injectors. then through the front crossover and out the passenger side front to the factory return line. my question is will having the pressure go into the rear of the driver side where the 9th injector would normally go be alright? i know normally the pressure splits at the regulator and goes to each side from there. what say you all? i just want to make sure im not going to starve it for fuel by not sending pressure directly into each rail separately.
