TPS interchangeability
Thanks for accepting me.
Can I put a 87 TPS on a 92 L98? I need to adjust it. The lowest voltage I can get is.72.

Re: TPS interchangeability
It was when I first put the car together (2004), but I haven't done anything to it since.
Re: TPS interchangeability
The problem with adjusting an IAC is that as soon as it is plugged in, the ECM will "adjust" it to whatever it wants. Adjusting throttle minimum position is another matter altogether. We knew what you meant.
TP is correct that with the 1227730 ECM anything between 0.24 and 0.94V is suitable since the ECM will assume the "zero" position upon ignition power-up.
