305 tpi fuel issues

Hey everyone im new to the form
I just recently bought a 1985 trans am with a 305 tpi
Im still new to wrenching i can do basic maintenance like an oil change but its a new hobby im trying to pick up
When i bought the car i drove it 4 hours and it bogged down twice but started right back up again and drove. i looked into it but it firstly needed a coolant fan switch and the hoses replaced and alot of things seemed mickey moused but not terrible
It didn't overheat on the way home because i was constantly moving.
after i got the new switch installed it drove fine and it sat for a week till i could get it registered then i drove it to work and back for 3 days.
it was running fine but i decided it could use some seafoam so i put some in the tank filled it up and drove it until it was empty again which didn't take very long.
i filled it up again and drove it home and it still seemed to be fine.
Then last night i took it on the highway and as i was accelerating it just stopped and started bogging down and eventually died.
i started it back up and it idled really rough and low and as soon as i pressed the gas it died, Almost sounds like its cammed.
I tried several times to get it running again but eventually threw in the towel and got it towed home.
The fuel pump was decently loud the whole time ive had it but everyone has told me thats how its supposed to sound so i blew it off.
Im just wondering now what the problem is if i could get any help it seems like a fuel issue i checked the fuel filter and the lines and they are both new so im assuming injectors or the fuel pump?
Any help is appreciated just trying to not shotgun parts at it if it doesn't need them.
Thanks

Check fuel pressure, report back with what you find.
