Seymour Spruce nickel spray paint for valve covers?
I’m going to be repainting the valve covers on my GTA that I’m restoring.
Is the Seymour brand Spruce spray paint in nickel the correct paint to use? It says lacquer on the can so I don’t know if that is the correct paint to use.
Would using Duplicolor brand ceramic high heat paint be better for chemical and heat resistance?
I like the Spruce nickel since it is supposed to be the correct color for the valve covers on these cars. However, I don’t know how well it would hold up being a lacquer based spray paint.

My silver valve covers are the same color as the silver two tone of my car. If yours are silver, look up that color. GM probably just shot everything with what ever color they had laying around.
