Hello guys and gals on my 90 iroc my cover gaskets are leaking I have the Is traditional blue rubber ones on there now Was doing some researching online. And found some cork felpro 1648 that will fit on tpi engines. Re: Valve cover gaskets

IMHO cork is an antiquated technology. The felpro blue is far superior

Re: Valve cover gaskets

I just installed these felpro rubber ones on my 84 TA and am happy with them.
Was quite the project removing emissions lines to get the covers off!

Re: Valve cover gaskets

I've been using those blue fel pros for years. I've been reusing them on multiple heads and valve covers. I've used the w stock valve covers and pro form covers. No issues w leaks. Obviously they can go bad and leak but I haven't experienced that in 15 yrs. I have 2 extra sets because the come w my intake gaskets.
