TPI or TBI?

I am putting a new 350 into my '83 z28...... it has Vortec gen 1 heads, I am considering getting a TPI system or an Edelbrock Performer RPM Proflo fuel injection... which one will work best?

Ram Jet is looking expensive..for a new one about $3000 just for the throttle body. I want to get a good fuel injection kit, with computer, wiring harness, fuel pump etc and all for under $3000 :lala: where would I go about finding a setup like this?

Also..I'm not sure if the Edelbrock system will work with my heads
