Spark Plug Problems (NEED HELP FAST)

I need some help. Today I was driving my car and out of no where my car starts running like crap. Almost like a plug wire fell off. So I checked all the wires and they were all on, w/ no burns on them. I pulled the number 7 plug (it looked like the easiest), and it looked fine. So I pull the number 3 plug next and it looked like crap. It was fouled and smelled of raw gas really bad. I just had these plugs changed about 4 months ago b/c my old plugs were all fouled, but I thought it was b/c they were the wrong heat range.

What could be the problem?? They're AC Delco plugs. Could it be b/c my fuel pressure is set at about 49, and they're the stock 19lb injectors?? Or could I have leaky injectors??

Also how do I know how big of a gap to use on my plugs? See Sig. Thanks
