Swap a LT1 intake for a F-40 Z28 Wing

That's right! I will trade a complete (intake and fuel rail) for a
'91-92 F-40 Z28 Wing.
I will even mod the intake to fit on your small block chevy.

Will I have to change the deck the F40 wing attaches to when I remove my old spoiler?

I don't think you will have to replace the deck. The wing has 6 studs that go through the deck and 2 more holes for screws that go in from the bottom they are all small holes. The 4 outside holes should be easy just drilling on the edge of the deck. The center 4 will be a little tricky because the deck is 2 layers of steel with about a 3/4in gap and the hole on the bottom side has to be large enough for a 10mm socket to fit the nut on the stud. But if you can get the 2 plastic base pieces for the center supports you can use them as a template to drill from the top and use the hole as a centerline for the roughly 3/4in hole on the bottom. I would drill all you holes test fit it and then have the wing and the deck painted at the same time because you will have the holes from you stock spoiler to fill and to hand paint over bondo is not going to look so good.
