Ported Vortecs or Fastburns????

Ported Vortecs or Fastburns????
I am going to have a high-flow long tube setup and the LT4 HOT cam. Would it be more beneficial to just buy the aluminum Fastburn heads ($1100) or buy the vortecs ($500 + port work)?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Axle/Gears: 8.8 rear, 4.56 gears, 4:1 transfer
Vortecs are a truck head. I would go with the Fastburns, they are performance oriented.
