Axle/Gears: 3.73
What type of cam do I have?

i have a 91 z28 with a 305 TPI motor and I need to know what type of cam I have in it. Is it roller or hydrolic?...i know nothing about cam's but I am thinking of ordering one to go with my new heads so could someone please help me out thanks.

You have a hydraulic roller camshaft. Older SBC engines used a hydraulic flat tappet camshaft (through 1986).

Thank you. That is what I thought I had but I wasnt sure. I am thinki9ng about ordering A Crane emmisions legal cam and some of them are hydrolic roller and some are not so now I think I know which one to order. Thanks.
