It gets stuck after cruzing for about 15min. It once got stuck at 3000rpm. The throttle cables are not causing it, I think its the IAC. I'm going to clean it and see if that helps.

Any advice or comments are greatly aprieciated.

Clean and lightly lube the ENTIRE throttle body, not just the IAC. Make sure the transmission TV cable and cruise cables are not binding as well.

We'll wait to see how that goes...
