305 to 350 swap

just completed a 305 to 350 swap and having some issues with starting. runs super rough and will die after a few seconds of running. have upgraded components to convert to 350. 24lb accel injectors and had a custom chip burned by fast chips. it just keeps dumping fuel in and fouling out the plugs. have plenty of spark and have fooled with timing trying to keep it running. not sure if the new chip is calibrated wrong or what. have tried turning down the FP to help but even at 38psi, does the same thing. this car has been sitting for 2 years and tried adding some octane boost to the tank to help the old gas. i'm suspecting this may be the problem. should i drain the remaining fuel and add some fresh 93 octane? need some advise. thanks
