should I stay tpi or go carb?

I have been doing a lot of thinking lately...

I want to go fast. Really fast and think either way, 11's are easily acheiveable. I have a 12.9 now w/stock tpi (unported) exhaust work, 3.73 gears, and a ZZ4 motor.

Here are my options, please tell me what you would do:

slap on an ATI procharger (I just bought a P600B procharger) and swap the stock tpi for fully ported hi flow edelbrock pieces OR put on a fully ported SuperRam I just bought (I am convinced that the edelbrock hi flow setup will work just as well as the SuperRam for my setup...what do you think?) The sell of the SR will fund the edel high flow stuff and give me more money too

or

go carb. use the money for selling my tuned port stuff and put on a nice carb setup. With extra money from the SR, I would buy fast burn heads and lt4 hot cam kit to bump the ZZ4 up from 355/410 to 430/430 hp &tq as well as dropping the cr from 10:1 to 9.6:1. I could then put on the procharger I have.

What are all of your ideas? Surely, I will need to put in a few hundred for the rear end. My wife has a 99 saturn so that will be the "reliable" car. I want the IROC to be HOT. 11's at least. With some left over money, I may put in an ACT converter, but I need to stay within the money I have now with my parts.

Humm........ boost+carb= not the best combo.... I would do a supercharged setup on the tpi. Boost takes care of alot of restrictions.
