Speed density computer question

I just got the SD computer and it has an extra connector on the end and is different in shape. Is this right or what? At Advance Auto my friend got me the one for a 1991 5.7 Z28.

Thanks

Chris

#1 - it's in completely poor taste to bump a post thats a half hour old. Hell, it's in poor taste to bump a thread thats 12 hours old.

#2 - I would've answered this question half an hour ago when you first posted, expect for, oh yeah, wtf are you talking about. What do you mean extra connector? How do you know it's extra, extra related to what? If you can't post a pic, or at least a completely EXPLICIT and COMPRHENSIVE description of the ECM you have. then nobody has any idea what you are talking about. Off the top of my head there are 3 main connectors for the ECM, A, B and C that all enter the ECM on the same side, and i want to say the C connector is smaller than the others.

Sorry. I was just at the house and waiting, because i needed to know if I should go ahead and get the computer from my friend who was waiting at the store, but I really do not need to get an attitude from you. I have it figured out now. Sorry again and thank you

Thanks

Chris(guess I need to brush up on my internet manners)

I didn't give you an attitude. I asked you for some basic information so that someone could have a shot at answering the question. As posted your question made no sense.
