I have a '96 motor in my '69 camaro and first used the factory truck plugs w/ the platnium tips. After about a month 3 of the 8 plugs had there tip come off. After that I went to stardard AC plugs and they were OK but sometimes fouled. Last year put AC marine plugs in (MR43LTS) and have no trouble with them.
