fan bypass?

fan bypass?

how can you put a switch to bypass the fans to turn them on at will?

Your driver side fan is controled by the fan switch. This has one lead and is located on your passenger side head. Grounding this lead will turn on the fan regardless of what the ECM has to say about it. Putting a switch on this wire while grounding it will give you manual control of the fans opperation. You can also by an aftermarket control unit, like sold by derale, which can switch both fans on and off automatically at changeable temps.
