PCV for sure. if you got lots of oil in there it is usally the first sine that your rings are going.
with the engine running pull the PCV out and see how much blow by is comeing out the valvecover

No the other side bring in fresh air into the engine.
Do you have oil and smoke coming out the PCV side?
also check for good suction on the PCV itself.
the other line is used it replace the air that is removed from the PCV side. if you have oil on the inlet side(passenger) then you may have a blocked passage
