What's that hole ???????

I got a TPI set up off of an 89' IROC. And i think i am missing something. There is a threaded hole on the pleneum on the drivers side in between the back two runners. At first i thought this might be the cold start injector but found nothing on the fuel rail to back this up. Then i read in 89' they eliminated the cold start injector. I am guessing there is a tube missing that goes from that hole to maybe the exhaust manifold to measure exhaust tempiture ????? I have no way of knowing since i have nothing to look off of. Does this sound correct or am i going way off on a limb here??????

i believe that your are correct in assuming the CST. it's just an 88' and prior drivers side runner.

it sounds like the pcv vaccume hose. there should be a deally screwed in that has like a vaccume nipple type deal to put the vaccume hose on. thats all i can think of

The hole in the side of plenum goes to brake booster. Hole underneath is for MAT.

I have an 89 manifold here in my lap and it has 3/8 nipple there for the PVC, it is full of black oily stuff.
