Need advice on new motor.

I have the opportunity to buy a pretty stout 305 for $2000. Just check the link and tell me what you think. I e-mailed the guy and he said 2000 is as low as he'll go. I think it's a pretty good deal considering the bolt on parts alone are worth that. He is going to e-mail me with what kind of heads and a couple other things. Not to mention most of the parts can be used on a 350 (which will come later). The motor is only about a year and has 9000 miles on it. Almost all of the parts are from tpis, and he has all reciepts.
Thanks for the advice,
Jason

i wouldnt do it but that is just me. for 2 grand you could build a motor almost exactly like what i have, not saying its a bad **** or makes 1000hp but......in other words my advice would be to save for a 350. also i hope there is a typo on the cam specs, and if there isnt..whoa that is pretty small.

Considering I can get a completely rebuilt LT1 longblock from a guy I know (that would not be giving me a cut rate or anything) for $2200, I wouldn't go with a 305 for $2000.
