Summit's mag has a stang t5 for like around $1100 and i was wondering if i could purchase it a use stuff from my t5 to make it work. Does it use same mounts? Would my driveshaft still be ok? GM wants 2300 for a new tranny and thought i might get off cheaper. Thanks

Yes it can work, but you have to replace alot of parts and get a special pilot bearing available from summit. Look at this page for the info neededto make a ford Borg warner T-5 fit behind a chevy motor. Note this is not for a thirdgen, though.
