has anyone used this hurst lockup harness thing that jegs sells?? this is the description:

"This transmission lock-up harness increases performance by delaying the operation of the torque converter clutch and eliminating annoying in/out engagement of the torque converter. By delaying the lock-up of the torque converter, torque multiplication and vehicle performance are increased. These kits are easily installed and will not interfere with existing on-board computer TPS or MAP sensor signals. Available for most 1981-95 computer controlled GM vehicles (FWD/RWD), Hurst transmission lock-up harnesses are legal to sell and install in California under the California Air Resources Board E.O. #D-345"

i am wondering if these things are worth it i know b&m and TCI makes lockup kits... how do they work and do they help 1/4 mile times? someone please explain
