i have a 89 rs camaro with a 2.8 which i decked out but recently blew (but i still whooped that damn ford) and now I'm am going to change the engine to a 305 (which I have already built...very strong engine) my question is this: what will I have to change to keep my factory 5 speed? is it possible to keep the 5 speed or do i need to put in my 4 speed (made for a v8)? but then wont i have to change my drive shaft? i also have a 342 pos rear end going under it.
