I'm curious though, I've seen T.V cables set both ways and have been told either way works well. What are the pro's and cons of both methods?

Tech enough to keep this open for a bit.

Well esentially they are trying to do the same thing and in many cases you wouldn't notice a difference. Where you do see it is if you pay close attention when following the steps. I always find that when you check the throttle to see if it is indeed at WOT that it is not. If you follow the standard factory method you will not do anything about this and it will always be out of sync, plus you are losing that slight bit of WOT action on the motor. Now it only takes a minute extra to do it my way and you correct all of those little problems first time.
