I have a beefed up TH350 from a previous project car that I want to install into my 92 Z. I have read some things on this board about the install kits from hurst or B&M. I will be looking into the sphon stuff as well. My questions are does anyone know if the VSS from my T5 will adapt to the th350? if so how much of a pain in the butt is the ordeal? Maybe i should just convert to a cable driven speedo? Anyone who can help will be appreciated.

 

I not sure how big you VSS is, but chances are it’s not going to fit into the smaller 350 speedo's. I've seen 350 with the bigger speedo holes that you might have a better chance at. I wound talk to someone at the dealer that knowledgeable to be able to check if there was ever a TH350 setup with a VSS/Speedo in his computer.

That sound like a project to me! I would just run a new speedo cable to a nice looking Autometer speedometer.
