I just finish taking the cover off my rear end and it have 11:41 gear ratio, which is a 3:73. My question is this. How come when I spend the either axle with my hands, no tires on the axle my differential will spin a little, but not lock in. Then I hold the differential universial knuckle and spin either axles and nothing happens. Is something wrong with this rear end or do it require more torque than a hand spin to get this rear end to lock in with the defferential.
