Engine: 5.7 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
TQ question
I have a stock 89 GTA and I was looking at TQ's. The question: would a TQ help or do I need to wait until I get a cam, heads, and all the other good stuff.
Any help would be appreciated.

It would help us to know what exactly your asking about, the Torque arm maybe?
If thats it the stock arm is fine, you won't see a huge gain from one untill after you get the engine well past 350 hp. I have heard of guys running mid 10's on stock arms.
