I'm in the middle of swapping a T-5 into a 700R4 car. While installing the pedals for the T5, I found that the firewall already has a cut-out for what I assume is the hydraulic master side (the firewall had a rubber plug in the hole). I have removed the brake master and booster so you can see the arrangement


My question is if this is the correct hole? If it is, that leads to my next question. That is, the hydraulic assembly I have does not fit through. I just want to be certain that I have the correct stuff, and will be able to get it in ok. If I need to cut, I will. Take a look at this picture also for more details.
