Hey guys,

I am going to try to change my own differential fluid this weekend. What kind of gear oil do I use? (weight) and I hear I am to get the GM Posi additive?

Are there any tricks to this? What is the ratio of Gear oil to Posi Additive?

you only need posi additive if you have a clutch type posi. i'd only use the gm additive and mobil1 or amsoil synthetic gear oil. put the whole bottle of additive in and fill it with oil untill it runs out the fill hole.
