What would have to be done to have a Manual trans that you can shift without a clutch? Any ideas?

planetary gears, have you tried to shift it without a clutch? most trans will let you if you keep the rpm up a little and the scyros are good, i've shifted a few muncies withoutthe clutch. if you mean all the time and everytime go with a planetary set up like lenco
