I am having an engine built for my car and need a stall to match. I need one that is from 3500-3800 but I also plan on running 300HP nitrous boost. I am putting in 4:11 gears and my new engine specs are in the signature. Where can I get a stall for this application? What brand? Do I need a custom one because of the torque from the nitrous? Is it a lockup or nonlockup? Part numbers would be great? Thanks in advance!!

 

Depending on the size of the cam at .050 lift?, what transmission you are using?, Is it built to handle 600- 700 HP?. Do you want or can you have a lockup TC. These things are part of what determines the stall you want/need. Let me know?

 

Cam calls for a converter from 3500-3800 Dur @ .050 is 248/252 Its a roller lunati cam. Lift is .606/.585 and I have a 700R4 tranny. Plan on running 300HP nitrous also.

 

If you are going to use this much nitrous, then I would keep the stall down to around 3,200 rpm. What are the lobe centers on this cam? Let me know?
