The BW Super T-10, with the 2.64 or 2.43 first gear was one of the best units we had tried in the mid 1970's. We had them in mid 10 second big block 428 ci Ford's, car weighed in at 3,150 lbs. with driver. I have built many a Muncie's, but the case was one of the weak points, we had to modify the early aluminum case to make it last, or use the Doug Nash cast iron case (expensive) introduced in the early 1970's. Still the BW ST-10 offered a better selection of gear ratios.
