Gear oil...

Has anyone used Royal Purple 75W90 gear oil for their rear diff? I debating on using this synthetic oil this time or going back to the regular dino oil.

I would use Amsoil if I could get it up here. Amsoil is not readily available up here in the great white north, I would need a special retailer to get it imported.

Not true. There are plenty of AMSOIL dealers up there, and you can also order it directly at www.amsoil.com.

At $9.20 USD a litre, by the time I get it order and delivered here, with brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping...you'd be looking at about $20 a bottle. Not worth it when I can drive down the road and pick up Royal Purple for $17.
