my car has a truck 700R4, i was wondering if it was any stronger than a camaro tranny, and also, im not sure if it is really a truck tranny, cause the lady i bought it from said her boyfriend swapped a 350 out of a 86 Monte carlo, so i knew it wasnt from a monte right then, cause they didnt come with 350s in those years, and it was slow as hell, i pulled it out, took off a head and walla a 3.5 inch bore, TINY *** pistons lol, it was a 267, so just took it to a dump, so i dont know if i believe that the tranny was from a truck and put my 350 in it, thanks for any replies

also the guy told me that the intake was a matched set to the Electric choke edlebrock 600, he says it cost like $700 in the 90s, after that my uncle told me that he had the same intake on a couple of his cars from the 70s!!!! the intake was some cheap *** edelbrock aluminum, cant remember the p#, but it wasnt any thing close to a performer, it didnt even say any type of names on it

 

There is no difference other than calibration.
