I am converting my 85 IROC to a 5-speed this fall or winter. I have found a 91 V8 RS with a five speed. I know with the ford T5s they were all "World Class" after 85. I know that GM instaled "World Class" T5s in the Camaro, but in what year did they make this change? Another question is what is the first gear ratio? I know the 700r4 is 3.06-1. Also what is the OD gear? .70 or .68

GM switched to WC T5's in 88 and up V8 F-Bodies.

First in the T5 is 2.95:1 and OD is different through the years, but i think most WC's are 0.68:1
